I’ve been dealing with St.Lawrence for over 18 years. We recently just purchased a hot tub from them. From the point of sale to delivery and installation it was perfect. January 2026 - Excellent service from the St. Lawrence Pools Belleville location! I called about a concern with our recent purchase that had not a month of use/operation, and the service desk employee dispatched a technician to go and inspect our unit and diagnosed / replaced the motor that was causing issues as it was faulty; same day service! Excellent employees and communication to notify us of the issue and fix. Previous Review from 2025 - Excellent and friendly service from Mike and the other staff at the Belleville location. We bought our spa pool from St Lawrence 3 years ago and we have been going there for water testing & buying our chemicals. The service is exemplary especially with sales guy, Mike Brown, whom we bought the spa pool & Taylor who is such a joy to see whenever we're there.
